## What should I include about an order?

Include the order reference, what happened and the page where you noticed it. Never send a recovery code, card details or a private photo in an ordinary support message.

## How do I report harmful content?

Send the relevant page or result reference and explain the concern. Do not copy or redistribute the harmful material. Urgent safety concerns should go to the appropriate local services.

## Can support replace a lost recovery code?

There is no email based wallet recovery. Keep the recovery code somewhere safe before clearing browser data or changing devices.

## How long can I download a result?

Completed videos are available for 7 days after completion. Download a copy to keep it longer. Browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable, so it is not a permanent backup.

## What happens if generation fails?

A failed generation returns the generation to your wallet. This is a balance adjustment, not a cash refund. Cash refunds are for the full purchase amount or are declined. Partial refunds are not offered. Contact support with your order reference for a review.

## Who can use this tool?

You must be 18 or older. Results are for personal use. No sexual content, no minors and no content meant to deceive, harass or impersonate someone.
