# Refund policy

A failed generation returns the generation to your wallet. This is a balance adjustment, not a cash refund. Cash refunds are for the full purchase amount or are declined. Partial refunds are not offered. Contact support with your order reference for a review.

## How do I request a purchase review?

Contact support@desertsnapfingerflying.best with the order reference and the reason for your request. Do not send your recovery code. Support reviews the payment status and generation usage before deciding.

## Is an unused balance an automatic cash refund?

No, an unused balance is not an automatic cash refund. A review may approve a full refund or decline the request, subject to applicable consumer rights. A refunded order no longer provides usable generations.

## Does a failed video require a refund request?

A failed generation is returned to the wallet by the service. If the balance looks wrong, send support the result reference so the record can be checked.

## What do the packs cost?

1 generation: $9.90; 2 generations: $19.90; 5 generations: $39.90. Packs are one time purchases. There is no subscription or free trial. Purchases can be combined in the same wallet.
