# Terms of service

These terms govern purchases and personal video generation on Desert Snap, operated by Desert Snap Dev Team. Read them with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy before using the tool.

## Who can use this tool?

You must be 18 or older. Results are for personal use. No sexual content, no minors and no content meant to deceive, harass or impersonate someone.

## What does a purchase provide?

A purchase adds the chosen pack to your browser wallet after payment is confirmed. Keep your recovery code safe. There is no subscription, membership or email recovery. The server balance decides how many generations remain.

## What results are promised?

Faces, fur, clothing and the flying subject can change. A preview does not guarantee your result. There is no promised completion time. Save a local copy of any video you want to keep.

## What happens after misuse?

We may block a wallet or decline content that breaks the rules. Tell us about an error or dispute at support@desertsnapfingerflying.best. These terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

## How long can I download a result?

Completed videos are available for 7 days after completion. Download a copy to keep it longer. Browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable, so it is not a permanent backup.

## What happens if generation fails?

A failed generation returns the generation to your wallet. This is a balance adjustment, not a cash refund. Cash refunds are for the full purchase amount or are declined. Partial refunds are not offered. Contact support with your order reference for a review.

## Ready to choose a scene?
