Desert Snap Dev Team processes the information needed to take orders, create videos and protect this service. Contact support@desertsnapfingerflying.best with privacy questions.
What information does the service use?
The service uses your submitted photo, template choice, generation status and order records. A browser cookie holds a random wallet credential. The server stores its hash. Consent records include a time, version and a keyed hash of your IP address. Purchase attribution may include referral and campaign information.
Where does my photo go?
Your selected photo stays in browser storage until you generate. Submitted photos are processed by storage and generation providers to create the requested video. Temporary source and processing copies are not offered for download. Payment providers process payment details. Support cannot promise instant removal of provider copies.
How long can I download a result?
Completed videos are available for 7 days after completion. Download a copy to keep it longer. Browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable, so it is not a permanent backup.
How can I ask about my data?
Write to support@desertsnapfingerflying.best with your request and an order or result reference. We may need to verify that the data belongs to you. Order, security and dispute records may be kept as needed to operate the service and meet applicable obligations. Clearing browser storage deletes your local drafts and copies, not server records.
Photo content checks
When you submit a photo to generate a video, we send it to OpenAI’s content moderation service to check for sexual content, violence or self-harm. This service is used only for safety checks. Photos that do not pass are not used to generate videos or saved by us.
Who can use this tool?
You must be 18 or older. Results are for personal use. No sexual content, no minors and no content meant to deceive, harass or impersonate someone.
